The Challenge
When I joined the company, the website relied on a heavy pre-built theme that affected performance and limited design flexibility. One of the main challenges was improving the visual quality of the platform while increasing loading speed.
The goal was to rebuild the website from scratch with a custom structure tailored to the company’s needs, allowing greater control over the interface, scalability, and long-term improvements to the user experience.
Visual Improvements - Home page
The homepage was redesigned to improve visual hierarchy, simplify navigation, and create a cleaner interface aligned with the new design system.
My Role
I led the redesign of the website and created a custom front-end structure using HTML and CSS. Over the years, I have continuously improved the platform by refining the interface, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing the site’s performance.
In 2024, I introduced a scalable design system to standardize colors, typography, and UI components across the platform.
As the website and course offerings expanded, I also designed the interface for an internal participant management system used to coordinate training operations across the training, finance, and commercial teams. The platform replaced manual Excel-based workflows and improved internal coordination.
I collaborated with an international development team to translate the design system and UI specifications into the final product.
